ABOUT US
run savvy is a network of qualified running coaches with a passion for developing athletes.
Our network of coaches is co-ordinated by a Head Coach, Ryan Maxwell. Ryan, who is based in Northern Ireland, is run savvy's first ever Head Coach and brings many years of coaching experience. The award winning coach has a history of developing athletes of all abilities; from those just starting their running journey, right through to established international athletes.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you are interested in progressing your running, all you need to do is get in touch with us via the 'contact' form.
When we find out a little about you and what you want from your running journey, we will give you a choice of coaches who we believe are best suited to you based on their experience. It's then up to you which coach you select!
We believe that building structured training around our clients' life makes for a better, more consistent training environment; therefore encouraging successful outcomes.
We believe in building an athlete around smart, structured training, focused on their goal.
We add accountability to your training and constantly review data to ensure training continues to be effective.
We believe in developing an athletes knowledge around training; therefore nurturing better decision making making skills.
We want to empower you to be the best version of yourself, both physically and mentally.
Our experienced coaches will help you progress towards your gaols (whatever they may be) through structured coaching which suits you.
Whether your goal is to improve fitness or target a specific distance / event, we will guide you towards that!
Whilst we believe strongly in the benefits of one-to-one, personal coaching, we understand that sometimes athletes just crave the structure and accountability a personal training plan will bring. All you need to do is ask!
Alongside our one-to-one coaching, the team at RunSavvy will offer a vast array of programmes, from small group coaching sessions, running camps, Couch 2 5k programmes and much, much more!
Join our community of passionate athletes and coaches who share your love of running. From friendly competition to camaraderie and support, you'll find it all at run savvy.
We know everyone seeks motivation at times and to help with this, our team will bring together subject matter experts for online and in-person conferences; offering you a platform to learn and develop.
Our coaches are all responsible for setting their own price structure for their coaching services. It is important to us that coaching is affordable and accessible and prior to adding a coach to our network, we conduct due diligence in terms of value for money for coaching services provided.
In this section, we will give you an insight into some of the coaches currently within our extensive network!
